We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to drive enterprise growth and establish Zenning AI as the definitive platform for AI adoption across organisations. In this pivotal role, you will identify and engage with prospective clients, articulate the transformative value of our AI platform, and close strategic partnerships that shape the future of how businesses work with artificial intelligence.

This is not merely a sales position — you will be instrumental in defining our go-to-market strategy, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and directly influencing how organisations adopt AI at scale.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise and mid-market clients across target industries including fintech, e-commerce, and high-growth technology companies
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Develop strategic account plans that map client objectives to Zenning AI's capabilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close

Solution Selling

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, workflows, and AI readiness
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases — from AI Employees automating support workflows to Enterprise Search transforming knowledge discovery
  • Articulate return on investment and business value propositions to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope custom implementations and integrations

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and champions within target accounts
  • Ensure smooth handoff to customer success and implementation teams post-sale
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams

Market Development

  • Contribute to refining ideal customer profiles and target market segmentation
  • Develop sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning materials
  • Represent Zenning AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Stay current with AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging use cases

Requirements

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • 3+ years selling enterprise software or platform solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles
  • Experience selling technical products to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, and security considerations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives

Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise software landscapes
  • Familiarity with how businesses adopt new technologies and manage digital transformation
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, and workflow automation concepts

  • Experience selling AI, machine learning, or automation platforms
  • Background in fintech, enterprise software, or high-growth technology environments
  • Experience building sales processes and playbooks from the ground up
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Existing network of enterprise contacts in target industries
  • Sales methodology certification (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar)

  • Thursday: Industry networking event and follow-up with warm leads
  • Friday: Pipeline review, CRM updates, and preparing proposals for next week's meetings

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
  • Support: Collaboration with engineering, product, and customer success teams
