Yes. You get $100 in complimentary credits when you sign up — no credit card required. Use them however you want. When you are ready, upgrade to Proactive AI or top up.

Roughly 40–200 tasks per 20,000 credits, depending on complexity. A quick question might cost 50–100 credits. A deep research report or multi-step automation might use 500–2,000.

Proactive AI makes Zenning always-on instead of on-demand: it watches your connected tools and gets ahead of your day with morning briefs, meeting prep, ready-to-send drafts, and alerts — before you ask. It costs $40 per user per month.

Both. Proactive AI is $40 per user per month billed monthly, or $36 per user per month on an annual plan billed once a year (save 10%). You can switch billing period at any time: we show the exact charge before you confirm, and unused time on your old plan is credited. Enterprise is available as your needs change.

Proactive AI is priced per user: every active member of your workspace is a seat, and the count updates automatically as people join or leave. Guests from other organisations are not billed. The free trial has no seat charge, and Enterprise pricing is tailored to your organisation.

Complimentary trial credits last 30 days. Credits included with Proactive AI and credits you buy last two months, so anything unused rolls over for one extra month. You can top up any time.

Everything in Proactive AI, plus enterprise SSO and SCIM, advanced roles and permissions, AI governance and approval controls, audit logs, custom data retention and residency, and dedicated support with SLAs.
