Get Recent Judgments
Get a list of the most recently published (handed down) judgments across all courts. Returns judgments sorted by publication date (newest first). Useful for discovering recent case law or monitoring new judgments. Supports pagination for browsing through results.
Get Recently Updated Judgments
Get judgments that have been recently modified or updated in the Find Case Law system. This includes changes to the document text, XML markup, formatting, or annotations. Sorted by most recent transformation date. Useful for tracking corrections, amendments, or editorial improvements to judgments. Different from get_recent_judgments which shows newly published decisions.
