Organisation settings
A walkthrough of every tab on the Organisation Settings page — the admin control centre for your team.
Opening Organisation Settings
Tap your profile picture in the sidebar and choose Organisation Settings. You will see a page titled Organisation Settings with a left-hand menu listing every tab described below.
General tab
The top-level settings for your team — organisation name, icon, timezone, and default workspace for new teammates. Deleting the organisation also lives here (carefully).
Members tab
Invite, remove, and manage every person in your team.

Tap Invite member and enter one or more email addresses.

Choose a role for them — Member, Admin, or Owner.

Optionally add them to a user group so they inherit the right permissions.

Tap Send invites — each person gets an email to join.
Member detail view
Clicking a member opens their profile. You will see six tabs: Profile (their basic info and role), Security (their two-factor and sessions), Audit Log (everything they have done), Workspaces (which workspaces they belong to), Sites (which sites they can access), and Groups (which user groups they are in). Use the role selector at the top to change them between owner, admin, member, or external.
User Groups tab
User groups let you manage many people as one — for example, everyone in Sales. Create a group, add people, and every permission or workspace you grant to the group applies to them all.

Tap New group and give it a name.

Add members from your team.

Use the group in any workspace or permission rule that supports it.
Workspaces tab
See every workspace in the organisation, who owns each one, and who can access it. Admins can archive or delete workspaces that are no longer needed.
AI Instructions tab
Set the default AI Instructions that apply across the whole organisation. Workspaces can add their own on top, but this is the baseline every conversation starts from.
AI Memories tab
Manage the organisation-wide memories Zenning keeps — things like company name, industry, key processes. Unlike personal memories in Profile Settings, these apply to everyone.
AI Skills tab
AI Skills are reusable mini-programs you can give Zenning — for example, a way to calculate commission, or a specific support script. Admins can create, edit, and assign skills to people or workspaces here.
Permissions tab
Control what each role can do — who can create workspaces, publish sites, invite teammates, or access billing. You can also create your own custom permission sets.
Branding tab
Upload your company logo, set the primary colour, and pick the names that show up for your team on sign-in and invite screens.
Phone Numbers tab
If your team uses Zenning’s voice features, manage the phone numbers here — assign them to employees, change routing, or buy new ones.
Audit Log tab
A full log of every important action taken in your organisation — sign-ins, permission changes, data exports. Filter by person, action, or date range for compliance reviews.
Billing tab
Your plan, payment method, billing address, and every invoice we have ever sent you. Change plan, add a billing email, or download invoices from here.
Usage tab
See how much your team is using Zenning — how many chats, automations, meetings, and minutes of voice work each month. Handy for forecasting.
AI Health tab
The AI Health tab is a dashboard showing how well Zenning is working for your team — response quality, approval rates, common failure patterns, and suggestions for improvement.
Tip: Most tabs only show if you have an Admin or Owner role. If something is missing, ask an admin to grant you access.
