Finding your way around Zenning
A tour of the main sidebar, the workspace switcher, the user menu, and the keyboard shortcuts that save you time.
The main sidebar
The sidebar on the left is your navigation hub. From top to bottom you will see:

New chat — start a fresh thread in your current workspace.

Meetings — open the Meeting Note Taker.
- 3
App Directory — browse and connect apps.
- 4
Sites — manage the sites you have built.
- 5
AI Employees — view your team of AI workers (with a live badge for in-progress runs).
- 6
Search — search across your team’s knowledge.
Your workspaces
Below the main links you will see your workspaces. Tap a workspace to open its most recent thread, or click the title to switch between them.
The user and organisation menu
At the bottom of the sidebar is your profile picture. Tapping it opens a menu where you can switch organisation, invite teammates, change theme, open Profile Settings, or open Organisation Settings.
Handy keyboard shortcuts

⌘K (or Ctrl + K) — open Search from anywhere.
- 2
⌘N (or Ctrl + N) — start a new chat thread in your most recent workspace.
Tip: Invited as an external user? You will see a simplified sidebar without internal tools like the App Directory or AI Employees.
