Meeting Note Taker

Reviewing a meeting

Read the summary, jump to a transcript moment, turn action items into tasks, and browse the timeline of events.

Opening a meeting

Tap any meeting from Upcoming, Previous, or Overview to open its detail page. The breadcrumb shows Meeting Note Taker → meeting title.

Summary tab

The Summary tab is usually the first thing you read. It groups the meeting into topics, highlights key decisions, and calls out who said what. You can copy the summary straight to a document or share it with teammates.

Transcript tab

The Transcript tab has every word of the meeting timestamped by speaker. Tap a line to jump the recording to that moment, or use Search inside the transcript to find anything fast.

Action Items tab

The Action Items tab lists every task Zenning picked up in the meeting. Assign each item to a person, send it to an app like Linear or Notion, or tick it off once it is done.

Events tab

If the meeting had a recording bot, the Events tab shows a timeline of when the bot joined, muted itself, or flagged noteworthy moments.

“Send bot now” and other actions

If you forgot to turn on the note taker and a meeting is already happening, tap Send bot now in the top bar. The button changes to Sending bot... while Zenning joins your call.

Tip: If you see “No Meeting Found”, the meeting was probably deleted from your calendar. Tap Back to meetings to return to the list.
