Profile Settings
Your profile settings
Manage your account details, password and two-factor sign-in, personal preferences, and AI memories.
Opening Profile Settings
Tap your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Profile Settings. You will land on a page titled Profile Settings with four tabs in the left menu: Account, Security, Preferences, and AI Memories.
Account tab
The Account tab is where you update your name, profile picture, and your Email Address. It also shows the organisations you belong to so you can leave ones you no longer need.
- 1
Tap Edit on your name or picture to change them.
- 2
To change your email, tap the Email Address card and follow the verification email we send to the new address.
- 3
Tap Save — your new details are used everywhere straight away.
Security tab
The Security tab is for anything protecting your account. You can change your password, enable or disable two-factor sign-in, view active sessions on other devices, and sign out everywhere in one tap.
- 1
To change your password, tap Change password and type your current and new passwords.
- 2
To turn on two-factor sign-in, tap Enable and follow the on-screen QR code with your authenticator app.
- 3
Save your recovery codes somewhere safe — you need them if you lose your device.
Preferences tab
Preferences is where you pick how Zenning looks and behaves for you: light or dark theme, default workspace when you open Zenning, how notifications are delivered, and the language Zenning speaks to you in.
AI Memories tab
AI Memories are personal notes Zenning remembers about you across every conversation — your job title, your preferred tone, the projects you care about. Use this tab to view what it remembers, edit anything out of date, or delete a memory entirely.
- 1
Scroll the list of memories.
- 2
Tap a memory to edit the wording.
- 3
Tap the bin icon to delete a memory you no longer want Zenning to use.
Tip: Memories only apply to your chats — they do not leak into your teammates’ conversations.
