When to use Knowledge Chat
Some questions need more than a single answer. Knowledge Chat lets you ask follow-ups, get comparisons, and pull details from several sources in one conversation. Everything Zenning says comes with citations back to the source.
Starting a chat

Open Search and run a query.

Switch to chat mode — the breadcrumb changes to Knowledge Chat.

Ask follow-up questions. Zenning keeps your earlier query and results in mind.
Selecting a workspace
Use the Select workspace dropdown at the top of Knowledge Chat to scope the chat to a specific workspace’s apps and knowledge. This keeps answers focused and respects the permissions of that workspace.
Tip: Switching back from Knowledge Chat to Search Results returns you to the classic list view at any time.
