Understand the difference between personal and shared workspaces and how to switch between them.
What a workspace is
A workspace is a bundle of apps, AI instructions, knowledge, and teammates that Zenning uses every time you chat inside it. You might have one workspace for sales, one for engineering, and a personal one just for you. Each workspace keeps its own threads.
Personal vs shared workspaces
Personal workspaces are private to you — nobody else can see the threads, files, or messaging channels inside. Shared workspaces are for the team: anyone with access can read the threads and start new ones alongside you.
Switching between workspaces

Open the sidebar on the left.

Scroll to the Workspaces section.

Tap the workspace you want to open — Zenning takes you to your most recent thread there.
Opening a recent thread
Each workspace in the sidebar shows your recent threads underneath. Tap a thread title to jump straight back in, or tap New chat at the top of the sidebar to start a fresh one.
