The onboarding checklist

A guided checklist that helps new teams connect their first apps, invite teammates, and set up their first AI Employee.

What this page is for

When you create a brand new team on Zenning, we show an onboarding checklist on your dashboard. It is there to help you get from an empty account to something useful in a few minutes.

What’s on the checklist

    Connect your first app — usually your calendar, email, or a messaging tool.

  2. 2

    Invite your teammates so they can share workspaces with you.

  3. 3

    Create your first workspace for a specific project or team.

  4. 4

    Try an example prompt to see how Zenning uses your connected apps.

  5. 5

    Set up your first AI Employee to handle recurring work automatically.

Skipping or re-opening the checklist

You can close the checklist at any time with the X in the corner. If you dismiss it by accident, admins can re-open it from Organisation Settings → General.

Tip: You do not have to finish the checklist in order. Start with whatever your team actually needs first.
